Complaints

In myLabels we make every effort to provide customers who are consumers with goods free from defects. However, if the goods bought in the store have defects about which the customer did not know or could not know when purchasing it, he is entitled to the right for defects constituting the non-compliance of the goods with the contract for a period of two years from the date of purchase in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 683).

In this case, please report the defect using the complaint form and return the goods to our address:

and also to the following address: reklamacje@mylabels.pl

The complaint will be considered no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the Customer's statement by us. The customer will be notified of the complaint by e-mail.
